PCL

aka Portable Common Loops

SBCL's CLOS is based on PCL, though it has diverged from the classic PCL on several points, and will continue to do so. The basics remain, however.

PCL is built in at the final stage of the build, durin warm initialization.

PCL is loaded one file after the other in src/cold/warm.lisp. Reading these PCL files in order can be a good way to learn how PCL is built.
